Nestled against the western wing of the elegant Shooting Star clubhouse is the unique 5600 square foot Alpine Barn. Designed as a sanctuary for special events ranging from weddings, charity fundraisers to kids' activities, the vast space can comfortably seat up to 120 people and includes doors opening onto both the tension edge pool terrace and private lawn. The intricate woodwork, the reclaimed barn wood ceiling, and three majestic chandeliers reflect Jackson Hole's distinctive Western heritage.
The Alpine Barn can accomodate up to 162 wooden ski lockers. Each locker can hold up to six pairs of ski boots and helmets, and also includes clothing storage and state-of-the-art boot drying racks. A separate room within the Alpine Barn will be used for the storage of skis and snowboards. A ski shuttle takes members to the slopes of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
Complete with a "kids-only" activities room, boasting a variety of amenities from four internet-accessible computers to board games to the most popular video games, the Alpine Barn will also host movie nights where a large projection screen will entertain and provide a scintillating cinematic experience. A kids-friendly menu will be available to kids to accommodate parents who wish to dine privately in the elegant dining room.
