The Dining Room, cozy and comfortable, is the quintessence of the Shooting Star commitment to service. Uniquely situated behind the 10th tee box, the Dining Room pairs casual elegance with distinctive Western accents, including light fixtures made from rawhide and hammered metal and a ceiling decked with reclaimed barn wood.

Lunch and dinner feature traditional and regionally inspired fare with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. Committed to transforming traditional American cuisine into extraordinary consummate creations, Executive Chef Michael Christie highlights fresh products prepared to perfection. Two luncheon favorites are the Greatest Sandwich Ever and the Kobe Beef Burger. At dinner, be sure to try the Venison Carpaccio or the Crispy Salmon.
