Lot #1 Currently Under Contract

Lot 1 is unique in that it is the only lot in Shooting Star West that is accessed directly from Shooting Star and Jensen Canyon Road as opposed to access from Teton Village and McCollister Road. It has spectacular views of the top of the Tram, Fish Creek frontage, and a creek separating it from Lot 2 to the north. It also has great southerly views because Fish Creek has 50-foot setbacks on both sides, creating a 120-foot view corridor to the south.
