"Two weeks ago I invited two close friends from Washington to join me for a weekend of golf. It snowed both days but neither minded because the ambience and hospitality of the Shooting Star staff made watching football and the President's Cup from the lounge the activity of choice - although we also got in 18 holes of golf. Both are more travelled and experienced in the golfing world than I, and both were unanimous is their view that this may be the best golf facility they'd seen."
